The Danger Belt

The wrong way to do business.

Granted, I’m still learning about life, business, and the world. But sometimes I think things are done backward. An example of this would be my experience with Groupon. I wasn’t really a fan. So I clicked the ‘unsubscribe’ button on one of their emails, and ended up here: http://www.groupon.com/unsubscribe . In my opinion, this simple ‘sorry to see you go’ site was a better, more entertaining piece of communication than anything else I experienced through them. I would’ve resubscribed based only on this…but then I remembered just how little I cared about any offer they sent my way.
