…So I didn’t post anything for a full month, and then I didn’t really ever explain it.

Well, I went to San Francisco for Valentine’s Day / Presidents’ Day weekend back in February.  I was there about a week.  Then I came back to Chicago and had a week of preparatory work for a few upcoming projects.  During this week, I also got my new camera lens (a tilt-shift manual lens) from the Ukraine–see attached pictures.

Then we flew from Chicago to New York to cast for a Special K commercial.  We flew from New York to Miami for another casting call and to begin the production, but after two days the client voted down our casting choice.  So we flew from Miami to LA for another casting session and flew back to Miami after one day–12 full hours on a plane in one weekend.  After another week in Miami during which we filmed the Special K commercial, we flew from Miami back to LA to film two new Corn Pops commercials and edit a third one.  That’s when I finally came back home and continued to post without any explanation.  Anyway, I’m posting a few of my favorite photos from the trip.  Enjoy.
